When your building needs a new roof, shield it with the best: premium heat-welded PVC and TPO membrane systems with warranties up to 25 years.
In Detail
Single-ply membranes, PVC and TPO roofing systems, are the modern standard for flat and low-slope commercial roofs.
During installation, membrane rolls are overlapped and heat-welded together, then mechanically fastened or fully adhered to the roof. Heat welding fuses the seams into a single molecular bond, stronger than the membrane itself, forming an exceptionally durable, waterproof, energy-efficient shield over the entire building.
We install 60-mil PVC and TPO membranes, the heavy-duty end of the market, including options with non-moisture-wicking scrim and reinforced selvage edges for superior holding strength in high-wind areas.

We’re honest about this: many aging roofs can be restored for far less than replacement, and if yours can, we’ll tell you. But some roofs are genuinely at the end of the line, saturated insulation, failed decking, or membranes too deteriorated to coat. And new construction needs a first roof.
In those cases, a premium single-ply membrane system delivers the best combination of durability, energy efficiency, and long-term value on the market. And because it can be restored with a coating system decades from now instead of being torn off, it’s the last full roof many owners ever buy.
The Case
Heavy 60-mil membranes with tremendous tear and puncture strength, plus reinforced edge options engineered for high wind-uplift zones.
These membrane formulations are naturally resistant to fire and a broad range of chemicals, important protection for manufacturing, food processing, and restaurant exhaust environments.
Non-prorated material warranties, with material-and-labor coverage available.
The bright white membrane reflects up to 89% of the sun’s heat, saving significant money on air conditioning every summer.
Single-ply systems can be installed in all seasons and perform in all climates, your project doesn’t have to wait for perfect weather.
When the membrane ages decades from now, it can be renewed with a coating or fabric-reinforced restoration system instead of another replacement, protecting this investment for the life of the building.
The Process
Loose dirt and debris are removed, and insulation boardstock is installed, adding R-value and a clean, uniform substrate.
Membrane rolls are applied with seams overlapped in the direction of water run-off, then mechanically fastened or fully adhered.
Seams are heat-welded, by hand and robotic welder, fusing the sheets into one continuous waterproof membrane.
Free edges, penetrations, and terminations are sealed with urethane sealant and flashed to specification.

Both are excellent, and we install both. As a rule of thumb: **PVC** offers the best flexibility and chemical resistance, making it the choice for restaurants, manufacturing, and roofs with grease or chemical exposure. **TPO** delivers outstanding all-around performance and value for warehouses, retail, and general commercial use. Your evaluation will include a straightforward recommendation for your specific building, and the reasons behind it.

With warranties up to 25 years and proper maintenance, 25–30+ years of service life is realistic, and the roof can then be restored with a coating system rather than replaced.
Cost depends on roof size, insulation requirements, attachment method, and membrane selection. Your free evaluation includes firm pricing and, if your existing roof qualifies, a restoration option to compare it against.
In many cases, yes, a re-cover installation over the existing roof avoids tear-off costs entirely. Building codes and roof condition determine eligibility; we’ll assess this during your evaluation.
Yes. The insulation installed with the system lowers heating costs in winter, while the reflective surface cuts cooling costs in summer, energy-efficient all year round.
